"Two of the antibodies can attach to and neutralize 90 percent of the various mutations of the human immunodeficiency virus that causes AIDS, Nabel said."
This is very exciting and personally it makes me feel better about the medical community and medical researchers in general. For the past 20 years I have been of the opinion that researchers were no longer looking for cures for ANYTHING. As Chris Rock said "There's no money in the cure, the money is in the treatment."
If doctors can create an AIDS preventative vaccine, who knows, maybe they can create immune globulin to cure patients who are already infected.
